Patient-specific devices are only as good as the geometry they are built from. The Scan Truck captures people, limbs, and equipment with non-contact optical scanning: fast enough for patients who cannot hold a position, precise enough for fabrication. Clinicians and fabricators receive exact digital geometry instead of plaster impressions, and our mobile studios come to your clinic, lab, or facility.

Faster and Kinder Than Casting
Traditional plaster casting is slow, messy, and uncomfortable, and it distorts soft tissue in the process. Optical capture replaces it: the 160-camera rig fires all cameras simultaneously, so a complete full-body or limb capture takes an instant, with the whole session done in minutes. Nothing touches the patient, positioning is natural, and repeat captures for fit iterations are trivial.

Fabrication-Grade Precision
Where fitment tolerance matters, our blue-light laser scanner resolves geometry to 25 microns (0.025 mm): residual limb geometry for socket design, existing devices for replication or modification, and custom hardware for assistive equipment. Deliverables ship as watertight STL for 3D printing, or as STEP and CAD reference surfaces for engineering workflows.

We Come to the Patient
Both mobile studios are fully self-sufficient, deploying to clinics, fabrication labs, research facilities, and homes when mobility is the whole point. Scan data can remain on client-controlled storage with no cloud upload, an approach shaped by our government work. Through our Virtually Conscious program we also offer scholarship scanning for health and humanitarian projects.
