Prop & Object 3D Scanning

Prop & Object 3D Scanning

Props, products, tools, and artifacts captured with photorealistic texture and exact geometry, from a single hero piece to full inventory runs.

Objects are where our capture systems work together: an automated photometric rig for color-true photogrammetry, blue-light laser scanning at 25 microns for exact geometry, and hand capture for anything oversized or awkward. We’ve scanned movie weapons and creature builds, Gibson guitars, NFL Super Bowl collectibles, museum gemstones, and product lines for AR.

Automated Photometric Capture

Our photometric system automates photogrammetry with integrated lighting and camera control, capturing geometry and accurate color in one controlled pass. Consistency is the point: every object in a batch gets identical lighting and calibration, which is what makes product lines, prop inventories, and dataset capture repeatable instead of artisanal.

From Hero Props to Whole Collections

The same pipeline has served very different masters: hero props and practical creature builds for VFX, a Gibson Les Paul digitized for the Adam Jones collaboration, head-and-shoulders scans of NFL commentators for Super Bowl collectibles, T-Rex skulls and gemstones for the Natural History Museum of LA County, and sneakers published straight to Sketchfab. If it fits in front of a lens, it fits in the pipeline.
