3D Scanning for AI & Synthetic Data
Ground truth for machine learning: real objects, people, and environments captured on location and delivered as simulation-ready assets with ML-cleared licensing.
Perception systems train best on data rooted in reality, and generic asset-store models don’t cut it. The Scan Truck captures the exact objects, people, materials, and environments your model needs to learn, then delivers them as clean, simulation-ready 3D assets for synthetic data generation, computer vision training, and perception testing. Mobile capture means we scan at your lab, warehouse, or site, anywhere in the US.

Bespoke Training Data, Captured at Scale
Whatever your model needs to recognize, we digitize it: around 120 people a day through the 160-camera rig for human datasets, batch object capture with photometric lighting and blue-light laser scanning at 25-micron accuracy, and full environments via long-range LiDAR and drone photogrammetry. Because the studio is mobile, we capture your actual equipment and spaces rather than approximations, which is exactly what closes the sim-to-real gap.

Simulation-Ready Delivery
Assets arrive ready to work: clean topology, PBR materials, LODs, and consistent scale, delivered in USD, glTF, FBX, and OBJ for NVIDIA Isaac Sim, Unreal, Unity, and custom pipelines. We support synthetic data image generation from 3D models, object detection, segmentation, pose estimation, and robotics perception training, and we can match your naming, metadata, and annotation conventions so datasets drop straight into your tooling.

Licensing, Provenance & Proven Pipeline
Every dataset ships with licensing cleared for ML training use, scoped to your project, with provenance documented at delivery. Data can remain on client-controlled storage with no cloud upload. And the pipeline is proven end to end: on a government program we digitized military equipment at 25-micron accuracy and delivered it into a working VR training simulator, the same scan-to-simulation workflow AI teams use for perception environments.
